Terms and Conditions

1. Session Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking the Quantum Body Code Mindset Session.
• Payments for the session are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed (see rescheduling policy below).

2. Scheduling and Rescheduling:

• After purchasing your session, Dr. Anna Marie’s team will contact you to confirm your session date and time.
• If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Any reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
• Sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.

3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals:

• If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered.
• If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

4. Eligibility for Three-Month Coaching Program:

• Enrollment in the three-month coaching program is by invitation only, based on the outcome of the initial session.
• The coaching program includes six sessions over a three-month period for a fee of $2,222. Payment must be made in full before the program begins.
• Once enrolled in the coaching program, missed sessions without notice or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may not be rescheduled.

5. Confidentiality:

• All information shared during your session is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Results and Disclaimer:

• The Quantum Body Code Mindset Session and three-month coaching program aim to provide guidance, personal development, and energy medicine. However, individual results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
• This service is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing any health issues, please consult with a licensed healthcare provider.

7. Liability:

• By participating in the session and/or coaching program, you agree to release Dr. Anna Marie from any liability or claims related to the session, including any perceived or actual physical, mental, or emotional impacts.
