1. Session Payment:

Full payment is required at the time of booking the Quantum Body Code Mindset Session.
Payments for the session are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed (see rescheduling policy below).

2. Scheduling and Rescheduling:

After purchasing your session, Dr. Anna Marie’s team will contact you to confirm your session date and time.
If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Any reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
Sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.

3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals:

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered.
If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

4. Eligibility for Three-Month Coaching Program:

Enrollment in the three-month coaching program is by invitation only, based on the outcome of the initial session.
The coaching program includes six sessions over a three-month period for a fee of $2,222. Payment must be made in full before the program begins.
Once enrolled in the coaching program, missed sessions without notice or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may not be rescheduled.

5. Confidentiality:

All information shared during your session is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Results and Disclaimer:

The Quantum Body Code Mindset Session and three-month coaching program aim to provide guidance, personal development, and energy medicine. However, individual results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
